🌊 Today We Have World Oceans Day!
On this special occasion, we are thrilled to announce the results of the 2025 I Live by the Sea International Photo and Film Contest.
Since its launch in 2017, the contest has brought together 1,743 participants from 30 countries!
Our guiding motto is: WE ALL LIVE BY THE SEA.
Because we all do — no matter how far we live from the coast. Whether we’re right by the beach or high up in the mountains, we all have a significant impact on the ocean. And it’s up to us whether that impact is positive or negative.
We believe that the opportunity to connect with people from different parts of the world is incredibly valuable. By allowing young creators to take part in the contest — and offering them the chance to showcase their work during key ocean-focused events across the globe — we help promote not only their home regions, but also their personal view of the world around them.
🌍 This year, we received entries from 14 countries: Croatia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and USA Italy.

The exhibition of the winning photographs, along with the presentation of selected films and stories, will take place at the Dolphinarium in Constanța, Romania, starting in July.
