Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

  1.  The Privacy Policy outlines how the personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the website https://todaywehave.com (hereinafter referred to as the Service) are collected, processed, and stored.
  2.  The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.
  3. Personal data collected via the Service are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), as well as the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Data Collection

  1. Personal data are used for:
    • Communication with the User (contact forms, etc.);
    • Implementation of the contract regarding services and e-services,
    • Sending newsletters (upon User consent);
    • Providing social services;
    • Promoting the Controller’s offerings;
    • Personalizing the Service for Users;
    • Analytical and statistical activities.
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for entering into agreements or using other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Controller may process User personal data, including: name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

V. Period of Personal Data Processing

Personal data of Users will be processed for the following periods:
• When the processing basis is contract performance – until the claims arising from the contract expire.
• When the processing basis is consent – until the consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal until the claims expire.
In both cases, the limitation period is six years, or three years for claims related to periodic benefits and business activities (unless otherwise specified by a specific law).

VI. Sharing of Personal Data

  1. User personal data may be shared with entities affiliated with the Controller, subcontractors, or entities cooperating with the Controller, such as courier/postal service providers, or legal offices.
  2. User personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User Rights

  1. Service Users have the right to:
    • Access their personal data;
    • Rectify, delete, or limit data processing;
    • Transfer data;
    • Object to data processing;
    • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of prior processing).

  3. The Controller will address or deny the request promptly – no later than within one month of its receipt.
  4. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their rights and freedoms have been violated (under GDPR).

VIII. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

  1. User data will not be processed in an automated manner that could result in any decisions affecting them.
    • User data may be profiled for content customization and offer personalization with their consent.

IX. Final Provisions

  1. The Controller reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, ensuring no restrictions to User rights.
    • Information about changes will be available as a notification on the Service.
    • For matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
